There is nothing more frustrating than finding or getting bitten by insects after the big move knowing you could have prevented it ! If non toxic methods are not available you will not only have to spend you're hard earned dollars on treatment but you will have to vacate your new home for up to 24 hours depending on your situation.
Although wildlife living in the attic is usually found during a home inspection and the costs for removal are incurred by the seller prior to closing, it does not mean that the problem was solved. Costs can be extensive but are necessary when dealing with toxins. Bat droppings are extremely toxic and if bats are found in the home caution is required as they carry rabies and other diseases which could threaten you or your family.
